Psychiatric Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Adult Care, NYC, FT

We are hiring an experienced Psychiatric Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality psychiatric care and clinical leadership in New York. This role blends in-person patient care with telehealth from the assigned site, operates Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with no routine evenings or weekends, and may require occasional travel to other New York sites for special cases. The Clinical Lead will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, provide ongoing treatment, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $162,000-$190,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with Psychiatric/Mental Health specialization
• Current, unrestricted NY RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
• PMHNP board certification from an approved national organization
• Current DEA registration and NY prescribing privileges
• Current BLS certification
• Active CAQH profile and Medicare/Medicaid provider IDs
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience; prescribing experience preferred
• Geriatric care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Bilingual skills a plus
