Family Medicine Physician & Residency Faculty - Valparaiso, IN

Join a collaborative team in Valparaiso, IN, where you’ll split your week between hands-on patient care and teaching the next generation of physicians. You’ll spend two days each week seeing patients in clinic - managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness, and delivering preventive care - and two days mentoring residents as part of our Physician Residency Program.

Faculty responsibilities:

• Coordinate resident rotations to meet program goals and objectives.
• Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and bedside teaching to residents.
• Participate in on-site program reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
• Help recruit and select new residency candidates.
• Perform additional clinical and academic duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an approved residency program.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid DEA registration and CPR certification.
• Active Indiana medical license.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
