**CRNA Opening in Elko, NV** Salt Lake City 230m; Reno 280m We are seeking an experienced CRNA to join our collaborative, all-CRNA model team in Elko, Nevada. - Diverse case mix with a strong emphasis on endoscopy, orthopedic, OB, and general surgery, averaging approximately 1,800 cases annually. - Weekday shifts are Monday-Friday, 8 hours.
