A Boston area community health center is adding an Infectious Disease Physician. This Federally qualified health center provides care and support services to low-income, diverse populations.

- Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home
- Beautiful modern medical building
- 100% Infectious Disease. Outpatient position
- Monday - Friday work week. No weekends
- On-call once per month
- Join one other Infectious Disease Physician
- Strong support staff including High-Risk Case Managers, Nurses, and Medical Case Managers
- Guaranteed base salary plus full benefits package
