• PRN W-2 or 1099 
• Rate: $325/hour
• Malpractice Insurance Covered
• M-F 0630a-430p
• General Surgery, Thoracic and Vascular, Orthopedics, GYN, ENDO cases 
• Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center
