Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — High Pay, Flexible Schedules, Malpractice & Licensing Support

We’re hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists to provide fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology coverage for hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity—ideal whether you want supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll deliver real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases (including stroke alerts) via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular interventions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and refine treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship or experience in vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
