Locums Remote Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible 100% Remote Stroke/Acute Care Role

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locums tele-neurology team, providing real-time neurologic consultation to hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal for physicians who want flexible supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll handle acute and inpatient cases—including stroke alerts—using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations for emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and document encounters in the EMR
• Collaborate directly with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship or background in vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
