Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Hybrid, Evenings/Weekends, Bala Cynwyd PA

We are hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide hybrid in-person and telehealth behavioral health services in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The role focuses on accessible, patient-centered care for children, adolescents, and young adults and requires availability during peak after-school hours.

Schedule & work model

• Minimum 12 hours per week
• Availability after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends
• Onsite at least 2 days/week (choose one pair: Mon & Thurs, Tue & Fri, or Wed & Sat)
• Remaining hours may be remote

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $135,000–$145,000

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Pennsylvania license (PMHNP/CRNP/APN)
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care platforms
