Remote California NP — Women’s Midlife Health (HRT Experience) | $70/hr, Fully Remote, CA Furnishing

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner licensed in California to join our remote clinical team and help women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. This is a fully remote role (based in the United States) with a mission-driven focus on improving access to evidence-based women’s health care—especially in an underserved area of practice.

What you’ll do

• Provide virtual consultations, clinical guidance, and individualized treatment plans for patients navigating hormonal and midlife health changes.
• Manage patient care independently using telehealth platforms and EMRs.
• Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and other treatments as clinically indicated.
• Educate and empower patients about symptom management, risk/benefit considerations, and long-term health strategies.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, continuous care.

Schedule

• Full-time, remote position.
• Patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (scheduled by patient location and licensure coverage).
• Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California and California Furnishing (prescriptive authority) license required.
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical NP experience (within the last 5 years) in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is required.
• Strong telehealth and EMR skills, plus comfort with digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Multiple state licenses are strongly preferred.
• Passion for supporting women through menopause and midlife health changes.
