Job Description
Join a collaborative primary care team serving Amherst and Northampton, MA as a hands-on clinical leader who balances patient care with administrative oversight. You’ll spend about 70% of your time actively seeing patients and 30% on leadership duties—guiding clinical standards, supporting providers, and helping shape how care is delivered across our practices.
What you’ll do:
- Lead efforts to maintain high-quality, safe, patient-centered care across sites.
- Mentor, evaluate, and support providers to promote professional growth and strong clinical performance.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management to keep our practices safe and sound.
- Streamline workflows, staffing models, and care delivery to improve efficiency and provider satisfaction.
- Drive population health and value-based care initiatives in partnership with clinical and operational teams.
- Use EHRs and data analytics to track outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and measure impact.
- Improve the patient experience and lead service recovery when needed.
Compensation & benefits:
- Salary range: $225,000–$275,000 (based on experience)

Who we’re looking for:
- MD or DO with an active Massachusetts medical license
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- At least 5 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Proven clinical leadership with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience as a Medical Director or Lead Physician preferred
- Experience with population health, payer programs, or practice transformation
- Training or experience in leadership, quality improvement, or informatics is a plus
