Family Medicine Physician — Advanced Value-Based Primary Care (Phoenix, AZ)

We’re looking for experienced Family Medicine physicians to join our growing Value-Based Advanced Primary Care team in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll work on-site providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care within an integrated, team-based setting. Ideal candidates have at least five years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Med-Peds and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Additional opportunities are also available in Gilbert, Peoria, and Scottsdale.

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary range: $240,000–$265,000 (depending on experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance

• Eight weeks parental paid time off for birth, foster, or adoption
• CME allowance: $2,500 annually and 5 days PTO for CME

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Active DEA license and Arizona fingerprint clearance card
• BLS certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to teamwork and adaptability to value-based, integrated care models
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems
• Exceptional professionalism and dedication to outstanding patient service
