Contract Travel RN Inpatient Rehab (Nights, Herrin, IL)

Join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Herrin, IL, on a contract/travel basis. This night shift role (7p–7a) starts ASAP and offers $2,182 per 36-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients’ medical and functional progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately.
• Support patients’ rehabilitation goals through education, coaching, and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and progress.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to discharge planning and provide patient/family education for safe transitions.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in inpatient rehab, med-surg, or neurological rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• BLS required; rehab-specific certifications preferred.
