Contract LPN — Home Health (Days) — White River Jct, VT (36-hr)

We’re looking for a caring, dependable LPN to join a home health team in White River Junction, VT. This is a contract/travel position with day shifts, starting ASAP. The schedule is 36 hours per week and the pay is $1,472 per 36-hour assignment.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including monitoring vital signs and overall condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and perform wound care and basic procedures within your scope.
• Educate patients and caregivers about care plans and self-care.
• Accurately document visits and patient progress, and report any changes in condition to the RN or provider.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines to protect patients and yourself.

What we’re looking for:

• Active LPN license and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Previous home health or clinical experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between patient homes.
• Strong communication skills, good time management, and a patient-centered attitude.
