Compensation:

• Local: $28.00/hour (PPW: $1008/36-hours)
• Travel: $28.00/hour (PPW: $1008/36-hours)

Required Credentials:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification
• Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Agency staff must have completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or provide documented medical/religious exemption to their employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
• Perform patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status continuously
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
