Contract/Travel opportunity in Sistersville, WV — 7-week assignment starting Jun 03, 2026. Schedule: 07:00–15:30. Compensation: Local PPW $2,640 (based on 40 hours); Local hourly $66.

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to direct and elevate clinical services. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a BSN or higher, current BLS certification, and prior nursing leadership experience—preferably as a Director of Nursing.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and high-quality outcomes.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise nursing personnel, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, drive infection control initiatives, and uphold patient safety and quality assurance standards.
• Manage the nursing department budget efficiently and responsibly.
• Advocate for patients’ needs, promptly addressing concerns to ensure patient-centered care.
