Compensation:
- Local: $36.00/hour; Local PPW: $1,296 (36 hours)
- Travel: $37.00/hour; Travel PPW: $1,332 (36 hours)
Requirements:
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- BLS certification
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
- Monitor and record vital signs consistently
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection-control protocols
