• Conduct focused patient assessments and continuous monitoring of vital signs
• Manage wound care—evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
