Requirements:

• Valid, active state Physical Therapy license.
• CPR and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (including AED).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and relieve pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and advise on use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on care and self-management.
• Accurately document evaluations, interventions, and progress.
