Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Contract, Lebanon NH (7-Week, Day Shift)

Join a 7-week, contract (non-travel) opportunity in Lebanon, NH beginning July 1, 2026. This position follows a 7:00 AM–7:30 PM schedule and pays $990 per 36-hour period.

Required qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, including medication administration and prescribed treatments
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes
• Perform wound care—evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
