Required credentials:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license for the state of New Hampshire.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer appropriate therapeutic modalities and instruct patients on assistive device use.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, safety, and home programs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely.
