Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ED, meeting physical, psychosocial, and communication needs of patients and families.
• Assess and evaluate patient outcomes, consult with specialists and ancillary departments, and modify nursing interventions to support optimal patient care and ED flow.
• Communicate promptly with ED physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response, demonstrating initiative and professional responsibility.
