Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Remote Stroke/ED Consults, Flexible Schedules, $210-220/hr

We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists for a fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This ongoing opportunity offers flexible scheduling and is well suited for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Physicians will deliver real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

• 100% remote telemedicine
• Competitive compensation: $210,000–$220,000

• Flexible full- and part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed

Key responsibilities:

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology qualifications a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Preferred licenses in hand: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
