Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Acute Stroke & Inpatient Consults (Remote)

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians needed for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospital and ED teams across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Flexible scheduling; suitable for supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship or experience in vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
