Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Board-Certified/Eligible (Flexible Hours)

We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locums tele-neurology team, supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity—ideal as supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice—where you’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases (including stroke alerts) using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient care teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and guide thrombolytic and/or endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and communicate findings clearly
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology expertise a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Licensing support provided, though candidates with licenses in hand are preferred (high-need states include FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA)
