Registered Nurse — Home Health (Contract/Travel)
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Kāne‘ohe, HI
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts; 40 hours guaranteed per week
Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends as needed (approximately 2–3 per month)
On-Call: Up to 6 on-call shifts per month, including weekends
Rate: $2,456 per 40-hour week
Required Qualifications:
- Current Hawaii RN license
- Minimum 1 year experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency
- Proficient with Homecare Homebase and OASIS
- Active, clear driver’s license and current auto insurance
- COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations completed
Responsibilities (brief):
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes per plan of care
- Complete OASIS assessments and documentation in Homecare Homebase
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and report changes in patient status
- Respond to assigned on-call shifts as required
