Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 13-Week PM Shift, Keene, NH

Join us for a 13-week contract opportunity in Keene, NH, beginning July 7, 2026. This LPN position follows a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule and offers a travel rate of $1,596 per 40 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive assessments.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Perform wound care—evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient status continuously.
• Maintain clear, accurate patient records and educate patients and families on diagnoses and self-care.
• Respond promptly in emergencies and follow established infection control protocols.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and commitment to patient-centered care.
