Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously as required
• Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
