- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and document vital signs regularly
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
