Join a clinical team providing hands-on care in a supportive, fast-paced setting. You will work under RN or physician direction delivering direct patient care, performing assessments, administering medications and treatments, and managing wound care. Accurate vital sign monitoring, documentation, patient and family education, and adherence to infection control and emergency protocols are essential.

Required qualifications:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care per RN/physician orders
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed medications/treatments
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor wounds for infection or complications
• Monitor and record vital signs continuously and maintain thorough patient records
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control policies
