Contract LPN opportunity in St. Albans, VT — 14-week assignment beginning July 1, 2026. Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Local rate: $1220 per 40 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including medication administration and treatment implementation.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor and document vital signs, and recognize changes in condition.
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and self-care.
• Respond promptly in emergencies and follow established infection control and safety procedures.
