Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations; implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment as directed.
• Instruct patients in exercise programs and provide education to patients and families on home exercise and recovery plans.
• Document treatments, progress, and patient records accurately and timely.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient care.
• Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies and procedures.
