Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient evaluations to identify physical and functional limitations.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve motor skills, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation of treatments, progress, and changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection-control protocols to ensure a safe therapy environment.
