We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a physician-led organization in Glendale, Arizona, committed to building and supporting high-performing surgical teams nationwide. Practice overview

• Support a Level II Trauma Center as part of a collaborative, well-supported orthopedic trauma team.
• Maintain a balanced mix of operative and non-operative trauma care with a focus on quality outcomes and patient-centered treatment.

Schedule

• 183 annual 24-hour shifts
• Blocked scheduling in 7-day stretches
• Built-in recovery time between rotations

Key responsibilities

• Provide operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients
• Participate in trauma call coverage
• Manage a wide range of fractures and orthopedic injuries
• Coordinate care with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, hospitalists, and rehabilitation teams
• Balance surgical cases, inpatient care, and follow-up clinic responsibilities
• Ensure timely documentation and delivery of high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship completion preferred
• Experience managing orthopedic trauma in a hospital-based setting
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure and able to obtain/maintain hospital privileges
