Geriatrics-Focused Adult Primary Care Physician — Outpatient, Bronx, NY (FT)

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in the Bronx serving a primarily geriatric population. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient duties and an emphasis on collaborative, value-based, patient-centered care.

Key details:

• Compensation: $230,000–$250,000 plus up to a 20% performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no nights or weekends
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
• Care model: Value-based care
• Patient population: Primarily older adults, with expanding Internal Medicine panel (18+)
• Panel size: Manageable census (approximately 7–10 patients/day)
• Candidates: New graduates welcome; Spanish-speaking clinicians highly preferred

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
