Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and stabilize patients presenting with a broad range of acute medical and traumatic conditions.
• Perform focused histories and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications, perform minor procedures and ED-critical interventions, and coordinate with consultants and support staff.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Active Florida medical license.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
