Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing (Andover, MA)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Andover, MA (additional openings in IL, MI, NH, NC, OH, WI). Work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on older adult care.

Schedule and Workload

• Full-time with flexible scheduling
• Typical shifts: six-hour facility rounds starting between 7:00–10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call duties

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing and post-acute settings
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Use streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation for documentation

• Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat
• UpToDate® access for clinical decision support

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Preferred: experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care
