Urgent Care NP/PA – Newton, MA | $5K Sign‑On, Up to $96/hr & 5 Weeks PTO

Sign-on bonus: $5,000. We're a fast-growing, high-quality urgent care group serving the suburban Boston area and we're looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our Newton, MA team. What we’re looking for:

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• At least six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or another fast-paced setting; strong new graduates will still be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
