Urgent Care NP/PA — Waltham, MA | $5k Sign‑On, $75–$96/hr + PTO & CME

We’re a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group in Waltham, MA, looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team. New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative practice that values excellent patient care and provider growth.

What we’re looking for

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• At least six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or another fast-paced setting; strong new graduates considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
