Urgent Care NP/PA — Flexible Schedules, $75–$85/hr + Bonuses (Franklin, MA)

Join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area as a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Schedule and practice model:

• Centers open seven days a week: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time (36 hours/week) or part-time options
• Flexible scheduling with coverage across multiple sites

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $75.00–$85.00/hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, efficient decision-making, and ability to manage high patient volumes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented approach
