Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Boston, MA

Join a rapidly expanding urgent care network in the Boston metro area as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role provides the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Schedule

• Clinics open seven days per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours/week (part-time available)
• Flexible scheduling across sites

Compensation & benefits

• Hourly rate: $75.00–$85.00
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient for visits beyond 4 patients/hour

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
