Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — SNF/Long-Term Care (Escanaba, MI)

Role overview

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call requirements
• Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing and post-acute settings, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
• Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE
• Clinical resources include UpToDate® for point-of-care guidance

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or equivalent)
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
