Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (East Lansing, MI)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across East Lansing, Michigan, within a collaborative, team-based setting. Seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants focused on improving health and quality of life for older adults.

Locations

• Primary: East Lansing, MI
• Additional Michigan: Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, Escanaba, Iron River, Mt. Pleasant, South Haven
• Nationwide opportunities: IL, NH, NC, OH, WI

Schedule and clinical responsibilities

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, initiate and adjust medications and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff

Tools and workflow support

• Streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation
• Company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for clinical guidance

Minimum qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• National certification (e.g., ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA)
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
