Hospitalist NP/PA – Skilled Nursing Geriatrics (Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Call, Up to $50k Retention)

We’re expanding our team that delivers patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Cahokia and Hillsboro, IL. If you’re a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Locations: Hillsboro and Cahokia, IL, with additional openings nationwide in Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

What the role looks like:

• Full-time positions with flexible schedules to help you balance work and life.
• Typical shifts are six hours inside the facility, with rounds starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight or on-call responsibilities.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Documentation is streamlined with an EHR that includes an AI scribe and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE.
• You’ll also have access to UpToDate® for clinical decision support.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Current board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
