Join a growing team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Kalamazoo, Michigan. We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for older adults within a collaborative, team-based model.
Locations:
- Kalamazoo, MI (primary)
- Additional Michigan opportunities: Battle Creek, Escanaba, Iron River, Traverse City
- Nationwide openings: GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, WI
Position highlights:
- Full-time and PRN roles with flexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.)
- No on-call or overnight responsibilities
- Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Efficient documentation with a streamlined EHR featuring AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance
Compensation & benefits:

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
