Job Description
Providing primary and acute care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Battle Creek, MI, with additional facility openings in Escanaba, Iron, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City, MI. Nationwide opportunities also available in GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, and WI.
Schedule and clinical duties
- Full-time and PRN positions
- Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No overnight shifts or on-call duties
- Perform daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Document using streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE
- Access to UpToDate for clinical guidance

Minimum requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
