Join a growing team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working in a collaborative, team-based setting and are committed to improving the health and quality of life for older adults.
Location options
- Primary: Mt. Pleasant, Michigan
- Additional Michigan facilities: Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Iron River, South Haven
- Other states with openings: Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Wisconsin
What the role looks like
- Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
- Typical full-time shift: six-hour facility visits (rounding generally starts between 7:00–10:00 a.m.)
- No overnight shifts and no on-call duties
- You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and create treatment plans
- Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Clinical support available via UpToDate®

Who we’re looking for
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
