• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with shared on-call phone coverage
• Hospital-employed position with full clinical and administrative support
• Leadership role overseeing and mentoring primary care providers in an outpatient center
• Manage a small, focused patient panel in a senior-focused outpatient setting
• On-site diagnostic services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Collaborate with care teams including care promoters, facilitators, and coordinators
• Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
• Drive clinical quality, patient outcomes, and clinician satisfaction across your center
