• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with no weekend clinic hours
• Phone-based call shared among the group for manageable on-call burden
• Associate Center Clinical Director role blending patient care and physician leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in a collaborative center setting
• Outpatient-only practice focused on older adult and complex chronic care patients
• On-site diagnostics include digital X-ray, ultrasound, echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Hospital-employed position with a supported, team-based care model
• Board-certified geriatric medicine or internal medicine physician required
