• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with shared after-hours phone call
• Associate Center Clinical Director role blending patient care and physician leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in a well-established outpatient center
• Manageable patient panel with focus on high-quality, relationship-based geriatric care
• On-site diagnostics include digital X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Collaborative care team model with medical assistants, care facilitators, and care coordinators
• Board-certified geriatrician or internist with geriatrics focus required; DEA required
