Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Littleton, NH (4x10s, 3-Day Weekends)

Join a long-established primary care practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton community for over a century. We are seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient position with an immediately active patient panel and strong potential for rapid growth.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $275,000-$325,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position details

• Clinic schedule: four 10-hour weekday shifts (either Monday or Friday off)
• Call: 1:4 phone-only call; inpatient admits managed by hospitalist team
• Typical patient volume: 15-20 patients/day
• Appointment lengths: 20-40 minutes
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active New Hampshire medical license and DEA required
